Omada is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its Strategic Finance Team. This fast-paced role provides an outstanding opportunity to influence data-driven business decisions. The Strategic Finance team has exposure to all facets of the business and plays a critical role in shaping the future and strategy of the company through forecasting and analysis of key business drivers. The position will report directly to the Director of Strategic Finance and will have extensive exposure to the executive team. You will partner directly with our executives to forecast operating expenses, annual budgets and influence strategic decision making. As a member of the team you will support key processes across planning, board reporting, budgeting, and ongoing operational improvements. About you:

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
  
• 3+ years of business experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or Consulting, fast growing tech company experience preferred
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines with an emphasis on attention to details
  
• Proactive self-starter; able effectively prioritize and manage daily responsibilities independently
  
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and deadlines
  
  Your impact:
  
  • 
    
  • Support pricing team inbound requests and conduct ad hoc analysis.
    
  • Assist with total member and revenue reporting and forecasting.
    
  • Prepare Budget vs Actual reports, analyze vendor level spend, and monthly headcount reconciliation for the Sales and Marketing organization.
    
  • Support month-end close cadence and packages.
    
  • Demonstrate strategic, analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
    
  • Acquire and maintain an understanding of the strategies, priorities and issues within the US healthcare system.
    
  • Thrives in an environment that is fast-paced, rapidly changing, and customer service-oriented.

          Below is a summary of salary ranges for this role in the following geographies:
          California, New York State and Washington State Base Compensation Ranges: $100,800 - $126,000*, Colorado Base Compensation Ranges: $90,720 - $113,400*. Other states may vary.
          This role is also eligible for participation in annual cash bonus and equity grants.
