Job Description:
CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Knowledge of similar order entry / order management system will
be helpful to be successful in this position
? Provide outstanding customer service support to the sales teams
and Account Execs
? Entering sales orders and preparing blanket orders
? Ability to quickly understand which customers have ?custom?
orders
? Effective follow-up and follow through directly with customers
and account execs as needed
? Professional and effective interaction with Finance regarding AP;
AR; Billing and Inventory
? Scanning/Faxing Documents
? Follow-up on operational issues
? Assists in solving inter-company and vendor accounting
issues.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
? Strong PC skills (Excel and Word)
? Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
? Very strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task,
attention to detail
? Ability to work effectively in high-paced work environment and
able to manage tight deadlines with professionalism and highest
levels of customer service
? Professional demeanor under time constraints; ability to work
effectively as part of a team.
? Minimum 3 years customer service experience supporting fast paced
