Magnifi's free search tool and AI-powered personal investing assistant enable individual investors with varying degrees of investment experience and know-how with investment intelligence that, up to now, has only been offered to professional financial advisors. Magnifi also provides, free, no commission and no-order flow trading of stocks, ETFs, and mutual funds for investors seeking to easily put their insights to work. In a world where every individual is unique, TIFIN enables Magnifi customers to gain critical investment intelligence and recommendations that match their distinct investment needs, risk levels, goals, and personal interests. We are seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to join the Magnifi go-to-market team, reporting directly to the CMO. In this role, you will own the Growth Marketing function and drive new customer acquisition marketing efforts - designing, implementing, and optimizing scaled paid advertising campaigns across digital & offline media, affiliates, and referral. You will test ways to efficiently scale programs to drive high quality new customer volume. You have a relentless focus on data-driven decision-making, creativity, and the customer experience. The ideal candidate will have experience with growth stage consumer brands, ideally in the fintech space and a passion for investing and AI disruption! THE ROLE:
    • Own ideation, strategy, and execution of performance marketing channels to drive efficient subscriber acquisition and revenue growth.
    • Launch, optimize, and scale campaigns across channels like Google (Search, YouTube, UAC), Meta, Apple Search Ads, and affiliate marketing for both app and web.
    • Own and manage the marketing budget effectively and allocate investments to maximize ROAS and LTV:CAC.
    • Ideate new growth opportunities, channels and manage new and existing affiliate partner relationships.
    • Analyze campaign performance, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize results and share learnings across the organization.
    • Experiment with new channels, ad formats, targeting, and creative approaches to enhance campaign performance.
    • Collaborate with the creative team to develop ad creatives and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
    • Partner with product and analytics teams to track and report key performance metrics, including CAC, LTV, ROAS, and conversion rates.
    • Lead A/B testing initiatives for landing pages, app store pages, ad creatives, and audience targeting.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and growth marketing best practices.
    • Manage relationships with external partners, including ad and affiliate networks.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders across Growth, Product, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, and Marketing to improve processes and performance. WHO YOU ARE:
      • 5+ years of experience in customer acquisition for direct-to-consumer, fintech, or similar industries, with a strong track record across media, affiliate, and referral channels.
      • Proven ability to scale acquisition programs while maintaining efficient LTV ratios and payback periods.
      • Strong analytical skills, with expertise in growth marketing metrics, testing methodologies, driving experimentation roadmaps, and capturing actionable insights.
      • Bachelors and Masters degrees in Statistics, Data Science, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
      • Experience developing marketing assets with creative agencies or internal studios.
      • Deep understanding of customer acquisition strategy and growth marketing concepts (e.g., attribution, incrementality, diminishing returns).
      • Ability to articulate technical requirements to Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams.
      • Customer-first approach with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
      • Familiarity with app-based marketing and mobile attribution platforms (e.g., AppsFlyer, Branch).
      • Proficient in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Sheets.
      • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
      • Self-starter with a passion for growth marketing and a desire to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS PACKAGE: The expected starting salary range for this position is between $160,000 - $200,000. Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. TIFIN offers a competitive benefits package that includes:
