• Application design, development, and maintenance, including design of the whole application's architecture, tech stack, and codebase structure.
• Implementation of an initial boilerplate of the app, its pages, components, authentication and authorization flows, data API services, data mock handlers, and tests.
• Perform deep code-reviews, ensuring that the application code is clean and maintainable.
• Lead team meetings and monitor team's daily progress.
• Delegate sprint tickets to developers, balancing overall team's efficiency with each developer's professional growth.
• Conduct grooming sessions with the team to explain and clarify all the planned deliverables.
• Describe technical requirements for each task the team takes into sprints.
• Interact with the customer around the product design, future development plans, and quarter plannings.
• Work in an Agile (Scrum) methodology environment.Qualifications
• Bachelor of Science degree in any field.
• At least TWO (2) years of experience in the job offered or at least TWO (2) years of experience in the following:
• HTML
• SCSS
• React
• Gang of Four (GOF) Patterns
• SOLID Principles of Object-Oriented Coding
• Technical team lead, including working with the customer to define the scope of work, collecting detailed description of requirements, defining the tech stack, and building applications.We Offer
